Firm Role: Ventura Partners was the Development Project Manager/Construction Manager

Project Scope: The client purchased a building at 2930 Lakeshore Avenue, in Oakland, California. The building contains four floors of office space and two floors of parking beneath. The project involved significant rehabilitation and upgrades to the existing office building. Impact Justice engaged the architecture firm of Hammel, Green and Abrahamson (HGA) to provide design services for the nonprofit multi-Owner office project.  Oliver and Co. was selected as the General Contractor to complete the Project. In addition to the construction of offices for Impact Justice and for other nonprofit Owners, the Project includes a large Meeting Room (the “Board Room”) with an adjacent Kitchenette, and ADA Restrooms. Impact Justice has certain requirements for a majority percentage of its Owners to be nonprofit organizations. Funding for the project came from Impact Justice and Presidio Bank.
